Performance test entire unit to verify correct programming and confirm proper operation of all electrical and mechanical components (ie, pumps, actuators, PLC, HMIs, relays, etc.)

Plumbing

Verify that all piping is sized and rated correctly for the application. Repair or replace any piping showing signs of cracking, fatigue or failure. Check that all valves are mounted properly and in good working condition. Examine all indicators to ensure that they are mounted in easily accessible locations, are sized appropriately for the application and are functioning properly. Verify that all air distribution piping and solenoids are working correctly with no leaks at the required pressure ratings.
